Sauteed Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 orange bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 medium size yellow onion, sliced into rings
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon butter

Method
1. Heat olive oil and butter to sizzling in a frying pan. Add the onions and saute until they begin to soften.

2. Add the peppers. Cook over medium heat until they soften to your liking. This should be about 10 minutes.

3. Add the garlic last and cook about 1-2 minutes.


4. Serve with fajitas or on top of Italian sausages.
